Nestled among stunning mountain ranges on the Japanese island of Hokkaido, in one of the fastest-growing ski resorts, Yu Kiroro is surprisingly easy to reach. Just a 30-minute drive from the Victorian-style canals of Otaru, the resort is part of Hokkaido’s ‘powder triangle’, a 45-minute loop that will appeal to snow athletes of all experience levels. The hotel is located approximately a 90-minute drive from New Chitose International Airport (CTS). Airport transfers are not included in your package, please plan accordingly.

  • Daily breakfast is a semi-buffet, served at Yukashi restaurant from 6.30am to 11am. Last orders are at 10.30am.
  • Guests can collect included lift passes at the reception during check-in.
  • 10% discount is valid for additional lift passes at Kiroro Resort. These must be pre-purchased with the hotel reservations team prior to arrival. Payments can be made on arrival, payable directly to Yu Kiroro.
  • Parking is located directly opposite the hotel and is accessible 24 hours a day.
  • Dining Credit (upgraded packages only): The included food credit is per package and must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Dining credit can be used at Yukashi restaurant. No minimum spend applies.
  • Housekeeping will service your suite every second day (from day three) with a full clean once every five nights.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.
