7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 45 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 45 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Island Flight Transfers: Return domestic flight transfers from Nadi International Airport (NAN) are required to reach the resort. A surcharge from FJ$1,350 per person applies. Standard transfer departure time from Nadi International Airport is 2pm, subject to change. Flights are as per the resort’s schedule and must be purchased directly with Yasawa Island Resort & Spa. Guests must contact the resort’s reservations team immediately after booking to confirm. Please consider island transfer times when booking your international flights to Fiji.
• 25% off flights are available until 31 March 2026, exlusions apply including Christmas high season. Please contact the resort for more information.
• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Meals are served in the main restaurant, beachfront, or poolside. Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am, lunch from 12.30pm to 2.30pm and dinner from 7pm.
• Unlimited non-alcoholic drinks include coffee, tea and fruit juice (does not include mocktails, milkshakes, non-alcoholic wine and beer). Guests will be provided with a reusable stainless steel drink bottle on arrival, which can be refilled at any time. In-room minibar replenished on request.
• Any included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No minimum spend is required. Cannot be redeemed with any other offer. Spa credit is valid on treatments only and may not be applied to any discounted spa packages.
• Complimentary resort activities include Blue Lagoon Cave trips, village tours, guided snorkelling, and private beach picnics. Please note: an entry fee applies for the Blue Lagoons Cave experience.
• Complimentary motorised and non-motorised water sports equipment hire excludes diving, fishing and any private tour/trip. Any additional surcharges or extras will be collected directly by the hotel.
• Blackout dates apply. These dates are not available for booking: 20 December 2025 – 4 January 2026, 4–19 April 2026, 4–19 July 2026, 26 September – 11 October 2026 and 19 December 2026 – 3 January 2027.
