The hotel is located approximately a two-hour drive from Sydney Airport (SYD) or a one-hour drive from Newcastle Airport (NTL). During your stay, dip your toes into the region’s terroir with a Heroes of the Hunter Valley wine tasting at the 125-year-old Tulloch Wines. One of the founding families of the valley, you will be in fantastic hands to discover six of their drops, including one museum-aged Tulloch Wine. Your experience also includes a local cheese and charcuterie board with non-drinker-friendly options as well.

Plus, take a pause in your wine journey with a cheese and kombucha tasting at Hunter Valley Cheese. Savour five handmade cheese and cracker varieties, a trio of olives, oils, jams and chutney with wafers and bread, see into the maturation rooms and sample four flavours of kombucha.
