Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Daily buffet breakfast is served between 6.30am and 10.30am at Dining M.
• Daily lunch or dinner is two courses from a set menu, served between 11am and 10pm at either Bistro M or Dining M.
• Dining reservations are recommended at least four hours in advance.
• Daily cabana hire is for the outdoor pool and is available from 8am to 10pm. Reservations are recommended at least two hours in advance.
• Return airport transfers are valid for return transfers to and from Da Nang International Airport (DAD) only.
• Please contact the hotel prior to your departure with your flight details to arrange your pick-up. Transfers are valid for a private, seven-seater car.
• Massage inclusion is a choice of aromatic body therapy, traditional Swedish body therapy, healing body therapy, deep tissue massage, back, neck and shoulder massage and foot reflexology. Massages and other spa treatments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
• The 10% dining discount applies to items from the a la carte menu only and excludes in-room dining, premium alcohol and prestige wine selection.
• The 25% laundry discount will be applied to your total laundry bill at the end of your stay.
• Monogram Lounge is open from 9am to 10pm daily. Access includes unlimited light refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages. Afternoon tea is available daily between 2.30pm and 4pm with a wide range of selected tea and coffee. Evening drinks and canapes are served between 5.30pm and 7pm.
• For guests with daily access to Monogram Lounge, access includes private check-in and checkout (between 9am and 5pm), welcome amenity and access until 2pm after checkout.
• The included minibar is one-time only and includes mineral water, soft drinks, local beer and a local snack. Any additional items used will incur an additional cost, payable directly to the hotel on checkout.
• A one-time return shuttle bus for stays of 5+ nights to Hoi An or Da Nang is available according to the hotel schedule and is subject to seat availability at the time of request. It is recommended to book in advance directly with the hotel.
