7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

  • Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

I recently stayed at the Sandbourne and had an exceptional experience!! The personnel at the front desk were very welcoming and attentive to me as I checked in. The hotel has a modern decor with warm colors which I found very pleasant. I loved my room! It was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The furniture and lighting were chic and comfortable. I dined at the restaurant on the premises which had an ocean view and the food was delicious. My dietary requests were happily accommodated by my waiter. The hotel is located within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay at the Sandbourne in Santa Monica again!!! A very heartfelt thank you to the employees who made my stay such an awesome one!!!

I stayed here for two nights and overall had a positive experience. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the beach and close to many good restaurants. The gym was very well equipped and included both a sauna and a steam room. The room was clean and comfortable. Valet parking is available, though it costs $70 per night A couple of small issues stood out. The towels could have been cleaner, and one of the front desk staff members was a bit rude. Very minor things overall. Overall, this is a nice place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and amenities in a prime area. It is on the pricier side, so it may not be the best value if you’re just looking for a basic place to sleep. However, for a higher-end experience, it delivers.

Great location, pleasant and low-key ambience with a nice lobby and lobby bar as well as lots of nice seating areas and an excellent swimming pool. The gym is well equipped and laid out such that it invites you to go work out. Come on now! Unfortunately the steam bath showed footprints on the seats even though we were the first ones to use it that day. Same for the shower stalls in the locker room area; they were a little gritty with mold growing in some of the wall area and the floors were far from clean with 5-6 small pieces of black detritus first thing in the morning when everything was dry Food is good, as is the service overall, at check-in, at the bar, Bellhops and valet Rooms are modern, more or less well kept and with a minimalistic decor. Bathrooms are similarly elegant with nice materials marble and stone, and good shampoo etc. All in all a very good experience
