Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. - The a la carte breakfast is served daily at Eva’s Restaurant & Bar from 7am to 10.30am and includes fresh juice and barista coffee and tea.
- Premium Deluxe Room guests receive access to the hotel’s Elevate Club Lounge, including all-day tea and coffee, nightly drinks (house beer, wine and cocktail of the day) and canapes from 5pm to 7pm, plus nightly chocolate hour from 8pm to 9pm. Guests will also have the option to have their breakfast in Elevate Club Lounge.
- The daily drink is your choice of house wine, beer, soft drink or standard tea or coffee, and is valid for one drink per person, per day.
- Premium Deluxe Room with Club Access guests will be able to self-park one car at 180 Russell Street.
- Dining Credit (select packages only): The included food credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Dining credit can be redeemed at the restaurant, bar or room service only, with no minimum spend. Not valid for the minibar. No limitations or minimum spend applies to dining credit.
