I cant recommend this hotel enough, its views of the opera are breathtaking that words cant describe them. Their complimentary breakfast is to die for. The service staff are just pure amazing, especially their front desk and concierge. The concierge team gave us great recommendations to explore in the city and even booked some tickets for us. The honeymoon gift was a superb touch. I will definitely stay here if traveling to Sydney again

We had the most incredible private brunch experience at the Hyatt in Sydney Harbour. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, attentive, and made everything feel so seamless. The food was absolutely outstanding - fresh, beautifully presented, and every dish was full of flavour. The setting overlooking the harbour made it extra special, with breathtaking views that created such a memorable atmosphere. Everything about the morning felt relaxed yet elevated, with service that was genuine and thoughtful without being intrusive. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way. A perfect way to celebrate and an experience we’ll never forget. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a special and unforgettable brunch in Sydney!

After reading other reviews of similar discrimination and micro aggression, I feel compelled to speak about my experience at Park Hyatt hotel. What should have been a 5-Star experience began with profiling and harassment, before I could even arrive to the hotel. I was visiting Sydney for 3 weeks for business and a conference, the reservation person Jillien berated me over email with personal questions until she was in-fact proven wrong twice just because of my corporate rate. She lacks any warmth in her tone and even in person, there is no friendliness very cold and robotic. By the way I asked to speak to management and no one has contacted me since and I stayed multiple nights for work during my trip. The head valet or bellman also made similar micro aggression remarks and invaded my privacy, even stepping inside to follow me to the desk at check in and check out I saw him go back to ask if I had checked out... These seemingly small things can compound and make someone feel uncomfortable. On my last night, Jillien again insisted on giving me the very last room at the very end of the hallway and noisy corridor. Once I pushed back I was given an outdated room that did not meet Park Hyatt expectations. The guest service was always confused and chaotic, forgetting things requested by phone an hour ago. I asked for a brush and makeup wipes, because that is what is advertised as an amenity on the amenity list they put in each room. Finally the guy comes back nonchalantly with a flimsy comb and cotton swabs... How is this the Park Hyatt when behaving like a budget motel?
