- Daily buffet breakfast is served in The Cafe from 7am–11am (last order at 10.30am).

- Dining credit cannot be used to redeem the Table8 set menu on Chinese New Year’s Eve, 5 February 2027. On this evening, guests may redeem their dining credit at The Café for the buffet dinner. Alternatively, they may use their dining credit to dine at Edogin or Soleil.
- One cocktail per adult, per package, is served at Cascade Lounge from 4pm–7pm from a select menu. Non-alcoholic options are available.
- Kids’ club is available for children aged 3–8; Kidz Explorer for children aged 6–12. T-Zone at Mulia Resort is a dedicated gaming space for teenagers aged 9–15, located next to the Splash Pool and open daily from 9am to 5pm.
- A solo traveller will not receive double inclusions throughout the stay, regardless of the package purchased.

7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

Nyepi Day: Please note the Nyepi Day of Silence will take place on 8 March 2027, during which airports are closed, and check-in/checkout at the resort are unavailable.
Festival Season Surcharges and Exclusions: Additional surcharges apply during festive seasons as follows: IDR242,000 per adult on 5, 6 and 14 Feb 2027; from 9–11 March 2027; and on 28 March 2027. Guests staying on 1 January 2027 are required to pay a surcharge of IDR320,000 per adult. Payable at least 14 days before check-in.
