When our hot water suddenly stopped working, Steve from Service Today Plumber came the same day. He quickly diagnosed a damaged heating element and replaced it on the spot. Steve was polite, professional, and took the time to explain how to maintain the system to avoid future issues. The price was reasonable, and the workmanship excellent. Service Today Plumber really lives up to their reputation for reliability.

Clean, friendly and close to the city and the beach, we enjoyed our stay. The late reception and cafe are fabulous. Put checkin machines! This is great value for money. We’d definitely stay again! Our thanks to the owners.

Shower is inadequate. The basin tap had more pressure and higher temperature than shower did. Very time consuming for multiple people to shower, just unpleasant. A decent shower and bed are non negotiable - fail on the shower.

We stayed 1 night in August. Very convenient location. Room was clean and quiet and had everything we needed with comfortable linen and bed. Basic crockery and cutlery in room but sufficient. Very friendly and helpful staff, efficient check in and checkout process. Would stay again.
