7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days before the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.
Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for a credit up to 21 days before the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. - Dining Credit: The included credit must be used during your stay. Any unused credit will be forfeited and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Credit cannot be combined with any other offer. No minimum spend is required. Credit can be redeemed at Il Barocco Restaurant, Le Jardin or Water Salon. Cannot be used for in-room dining, alcohol/drinks, mini bar or gift shop items.
- The dining credit is A$50 per day for stays of up to five nights.
- For stays of six nights and longer, the dining credit is A$300 per stay.
- Dining credit is not cumulative; A$50 must be used per day. Charges must be billed to your room.

- Superior Rooms and Superior Suites offer external views over Seaworld Drive and the Marina Mirage Shopping Centre.

- Complimentary parking is for one car per package only.
- Breakfast is available at Il Barocco Restaurant from 7am – 10.30am.
- Welcome drink includes a selection of local beer, house wine, sparkling wine or soft drinks. Drinks are served from 11am – late at Le Jardin.
- Children (aged 5–12) sleep on existing bedding, with accommodation only.
