7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

Please Note:

• Dining inclusions do not include drinks (unless otherwise stated). Menus are subject to change without notice.
• Infants must stricly be under one year of age.
• Daily a la carte breakfast is served at the Hollywood restaurant from 7am to 10.30am.
• One-time cocktail and tapa will be served at Mare Nostrum or Cafe del Port. Guests may choose from a glass of wine, cava, beer, soft drink, Aperol or Mojito per adult – served with nachos and guacamole to share.
• Daily snacks may include a buffet of fruit, pastries or sweet treats, subject to availability, available at reception from 12pm to 8pm.
• The infant policy strictly states infants are only counted as infants if they are under one year old.

Park Güell and Sagrada Familia Guided Tour with Tower Access Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Half-day guided tour of Park Güell and Sagrada Familia, including admission, an elevator to the top of one of the Sagrada Familia’s towers, transfers from Park Güell to Sagrada Familia, a local English-speaking guide and an audio guide.
• Valid for two adults (12+).
• Please email incoming@julia.net with your Luxury Escapes Voucher ID to secure your desired date.
• The Bookings Team will contact you via email within three business days to confirm your booking.
• The tours depart daily at 11am, please arrive 15 minutes before departure time.
• Late arrivals and no-show tickets will be considered null and void.
• Departure is from Gaudi Experience, 41 Larrard Street, Barcelona.
• Please check in at the counter.
• Allow up to 4.5 hours for the guided tour.
• The visit to one of the towers of the Sagrada Familia is self-guided, at your own pace.
• Children under six are not permitted up the towers.
• Please note that the included elevator trip is one-way only – you will have to walk down the stairs in the Sagrada Familia.
• Tower access is not available on rainy and windy days.
• In the event of inclement weather conditions, guests will be offered an alternate date to reschedule.

Montserrat Morning Tour with Rack Railway & Local Liquor Tasting Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only):

• Includes: Morning walking and coach tour of Montserrat, including cogwheel train ride on the Montserrat Rack Railway, access to the basilica and Black Madonna, tasting of four local liquors, entrance to Espai Audio Visual museum, local guide, radio guide system and return transfers from central Barcelona.
• Valid for two adults (12+), children aged 0–3 travel free of charge.
