Hotel staff and service is the best here. Always professional, helpful, welcoming... especially the front desk team! We traveled with 2 small pups and they were so spoiled by the hotel staff, with attention and treats every day. Rooms are clean, well furnished, albeit a little tighter (~200 sqft) than we'd like. If you need a little extra space, splurge on the suite. Location is perfect as it's a 1 min walk to the nearest subway station, Bryant Park and a few mins to catch a show on Broadway. 10/10 would stay here again

I've stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. I appreciated that they let me check in early after my red-eye flight since there was a room available - which is not always the case even as an Explorist (most places want to charge me $50-100 for an early check-in). The rooms are modern, clean, nice. Even though they are on the smaller side, they are comfortable, and the location can't be beat; close to the subways, Bryant Park, and away from the Times Square chaos. They greeted me with a "welcome back" which was also appreciated - I've noticed only Grayson Hotel and the Hyatt Union Square recognize and acknowledge my returns. Definitely recommend the Grayson Hotel if you need a place to stay in midtown!

I had such a lovely stay here! We travelled here from London. The staff truly made the experience special. At breakfast, Alex and Jaya were absolutely wonderful; so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect each morning. Their warmth really set a positive tone for the day. A special thank you also to Orenzo, who helped us with our bags and gave excellent advice on places to go and things to see. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The service from the team was outstanding, and it’s clear they genuinely care about guests having the best possible stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a week for a much needed vacation. I wanted to shout out Jasmine for her amazing support during our stay. We felt she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you Jasmine! The rooms were ok. The ceilings weren’t finished which were a little detracting and the showers for some reason didn’t have a bottom seal to stop water from overflowing down to the bathroom floor. The service for us is what really kept the star rating high. Thank you again!
