We had a really nice stay here. The hotel is in a great location, and I’d like to describe our stay as follows: 1. Room: The room is spacious and has everything you need. However, the mattress and pillows were a bit too hard — softer ones would be perfect. 2. Staff: The staff, from the security guard and bellmen (Khun Poo and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately don’t remember — they were the gems of the hotel), to the reception team and housekeepers, were all very friendly, kind, and helpful whenever we needed anything. They were lovely and made us feel very comfortable. However, my husband and I didn’t feel as welcomed by the staff at the breakfast restaurant. 3. Breakfast: It would be nice to have congee available. Maybe it was offered on other days, but it wasn’t available on the morning we had breakfast. 4. Pool: Each time we used the pool, we had to ask for towels, and there was only one ashtray available. Overall, we had a great stay and will be coming back again at the end of our trip for two more nights. We’re looking forward to staying here again! 😊

Absolutely brilliant hotel. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. The room service was reasonably priced and fantastic food. The staff are highly professional. Kh Cream took care of my stay and Im really grateful to the hotel staff overall for the help they provided. I was supposed to stay for 1 night but I extended my stay after receiving the hotel managements kind hospitality. Will definitely return here.

I stayed here for almost a month while receiving medical treatment in Bangkok. For part of it my wife was here alone while I was an inpatient. The whole time the staff were so very lovely, and looked after the both of us very well. The breakfast here is absolutely the best I've received in any hotel in the world. Always great choices, fresh food, pastries, thai options. Easy underground parking, and best of all, my cat was allowed to stay with us. Essential while we were so long away from home. Great room, great staff, great food, great location - everything was perfect.

The location is not easy to find when using the local ride-booking apps. The weekday shuttle bus service operates only until 4 p.m., and on weekends until 5:30 p.m. It would be better if the service were extended to around 9 p.m. or 10 p.m., as the hotel is not just a short walk away — you need to walk about 200 metres to reach the nearest 7-Eleven. The room is generally clean and neat. However, the water temperature is quite inconsistent. It takes some time for warm water to come through, and it often alternates between hot and cold. This can be quite inconvenient if you’re used to showering with consistently warm water.
