7-Day Change of Mind ‘No Questions Asked’ Refund Guarantee: Things don’t always work out. Our 7-day Change of Mind Guarantee is there to help. Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.

• Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your booking for credit up until 21 days prior to the original check-in date. This can be done via self-service in your ‘My Escapes’ account. Your credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Credits are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Excludes service fee, if applicable.

Please note this does not apply to flights booked with us. Flight fulfilment is provided by the airline(s) selected at the time of finalising the booking. For your air travel, you are bound by the terms and conditions and fare rules of the selected airline(s).

Date Changes: If you need to amend your booking, you can self-service unlimited date changes in your ‘My Escapes’ account up until 21 days before your original check-in date. If you can’t find a suitable date, or still need further assistance, please contact our 24/7 customer service team. Subject to availability and surcharges.

• Daily a la carte breakfast is served in-villa and must be ordered in advance.
• Floating breakfast is served in-villa and must be booked in advance.

• Included massages take place in-villa and must be booked in advance.
• A bucket of beers contains four bottles of Bintang. One bucket will be delivered per day to the villa.

Return Private Airport Transfers Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Includes: A return private airport transfer, basic/sufficient English-speaking driver, airport parking fee, toll fee and one bottle of water per person.
• You will be emailed an online form to book your date and time within one to two days of purchase. Keep an eye out for an email from luxuryescapes@icstravel.com.
• Rates are per car, one way.
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage. A six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage.
• An infant seat can be booked at IDR 50,000 per seat, each way or guests may bring their own.
• The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled.

Susie Q Dinner with Free-Flow Cocktails at Double-Six Luxury Hotel Inclusions & Fine Print (select packages only)

• Inclusions:
• Set menu dinner: Two main dishes and one dessert per person.
• Drinks: One hour of free-flow cocktails (pre- or post-dinner) at the rooftop bar.
• Venue: Susie Q Restaurant, Double-Six Luxury Hotel.
• Available every day: Sittings available from 6pm–11pm (last order 10.30pm)
• The reservations team will reach out to confirm the booking and organise the reservation date and time. The booking is NOT confirmed until this has been done
• Please note that advance reservations are required. Strictly no walk-ins.
• Tables will be held for 15 minutes, and the reservation will be released if no contact has been made. No refunds given for late arrivals and no-shows.
• Exclusions: Additional drinks during dinner, as well as drinks not specified during free-flow hour are not included. Additional food, transport and accommodation is not included.
• Must be aged 18+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request.
• Free-flow cocktail hour must be redeemed pre or post-dinner on the same night of booking.
