- Daily a la carte breakfast is available all day at Jihwa Restaurant.
- Lunch is served from 12pm – 4pm, and dinner from 6pm – 9pm, at Jihwa Restaurant. Both are a three-course, set-menu meal.
- Afternoon tea is served at Jihwa Restaurant from 2pm – 5pm with tea, coffee and light bites.
- Daily cocktails can be redeemed at any time of day at Jihwa Restaurant.
- The 15-minute welcome massage is a head and shoulder massage.
- The welcome drink is Jamu.
- Spa treatments and massages are held at Hara Wellness. The included massage is a Balinese Taksu Massage and must be booked at least one day in advance.
- Complimentary daily minibar is replenished every day with a selection of refreshments. Indulge in a mix of snacks, soft drinks, and two beers per day,
- Complimentary resort activities include a canang making class, meditation sessions, Balinese dance lessons, jamu making workshops, a Buahan village walk and guided cycling through local villages and rice fields. The ‘Be a Painter’ session offers the chance to explore traditional Balinese artistry. Activities follow a daily schedule and must be booked at least one day in advance.
- Guests are entitled to four pieces of laundry per day. These can be accumulated. Dry cleaning is not included.
- Complimentary daily shuttle to and from Ubud centre is available to all guests. The shuttle departs the hotel at 10am, 2pm and 4pm. The shuttle departs Ubud centre at 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
- Floating breakfast (select packages only) is available in-villa and must be booked at least one day in advance. Please select preferred breakfast menu when making the reservation.
- One-time romantic dinner (select packages only) is available in-villa and includes a five-course dinner and a glass of wine per adult. Advance booking required.
- For upgraded packages with adventure activities included, guests can choose from an ATV Tour through forests, tunnels and rivers, or a White Water Rafting Experience at the newly built Rafting Reception Centre. The activities must be reserved a minimum of one day in advance.
Blackout Dates & Surcharges: A non-refundable surcharge per room, per night may apply, payable at the time of booking. Dates and prices are identified in the Booking Calendar. Blackout dates may apply.

Bookings (except for cruise bookings, flights and deposit fee, if applicable, which are subject to the cancellation terms of the relevant supplier) may be cancelled with a full refund provided that cancellation occurs strictly within 7 days from the date of purchase and provided that the cancellation is made no less than 14 days prior to the check-in date. Excludes flight and service fee, if applicable.
- Cancellations outside of the 7-Day Change of Mind period will not be provided, except as required by Australian Consumer Law, your local law or as otherwise provided for in the Fine Print.

- You will be required to update your transfer information after making your booking. Transfer information includes:

- Child seats requirements
- Number of pieces of luggage including large items
- You will receive an automated confirmation of your transfer when booking, with a final confirmation sent to you within seven days of your nominated travel date.
- Transfers can accommodate up to three luggage pieces or suitcases (sedan) or six luggage pieces or suitcases (van) per vehicle. Fees may apply for excess baggage.
- A complimentary infant or child seat can be booked each way or guests may bring their own.
- The driver will wait for a delay of up to one hour. After that point, the transfer will be considered cancelled. It is recommended to have your phone available on arrival should your driver need to contact you.
