I want to give my special thanks to Natasha at front desk. Always nice, always smiling, always ready to help! Hotel has very good breakfasts. Dinner is so and so but location allows very wide choice of dining places. Location of the hotel is convenient if you want to party - west beach is behind the corner. Hotel beach club is nice and comfy. Overall good place and great value for money!

Thanks to Edgar and the team for looking after us and cleaning our room to a high standard daily. An issue with our allocated room was satisfactory dealt with which was much appreciated. We have travelled to Dubai on a number of occasions and have experienced some of Dubai's many 5 star hotels. Abu at concierge is right up there as one of the most polite, courteous and helpful staff members we have met on our travels. A real shining light in the team. Reception staff are also extremely helpfully. Our biggest disappointment was with the breakfast choice and set up. Perhaps it was due to arriving nearer the end of service but we felt the freshness, quality and choice was not up to standard. Not worth what we paid by any means. This is not a reflection on the staff at the breakfast venue as they too were attentive and welcoming. The west beach location is extremely convenient as it does afford excellent access to the palm and other Dubai attractions. The monorail station is close by and easy to use. There are busy roads nearby but this Dubai so that's to be expected. If you are looking for peace and tranquility then best look elsewhere. The west beach promenade is a recent development which adds to the appeal of this location. All in, we had an excellent stay with the staff bring a highlight of our trip.

We have just spent five nights at Adagio with our family during an incredibly busy week, and the experience was exceptional. When we first arrived, we found our initial room was not suitable, but the team moved us very efficiently to another room on a quiet floor with almost no notice, accommodating exactly what we needed. From that point on, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our children were always safe and well looked after. Every request was handled promptly, whether it was making modifications to our room, helping with laundry, or fixing things quickly and efficiently. What made the stay truly special was the consistency of service across all staff members. Abu became a wonderful friend to our children, while Kamala, Edgar, and Jumanj also stood out for their kindness and professionalism. The beach club and pool teams took time to get to know us and supported us in countless ways. As parents travelling for work, they took so much of the mental load from us, making sure our children’s needs were met and allowing us to focus on what we had to do. We would also like to thank the managers and all the front-of-house staff. Every single one of them made a difference, and I could share examples for each. I had a wonderful time at this hotel! From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and cared for. The staff was always friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was excellent. Thanks to the entire team, and especially to Elmo, Madid, Ashraf, and Ester. I'll definitely be back!
