International Flights: Return economy class airfares from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane are included in the package, with United Airlines, Qantas, Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Air New Zealand, Air Canada or Delta Air Lines. Flights from Adelaide, Hobart and Canberra are available for a surcharge of AU$295pp, or from Perth or Darwin for a surcharge of AU$600pp.

Baggage Allowance: A checked baggage allowance of 23kg and carry-on luggage of 7kg applies. Any additional baggage must be purchased at the airport by the customer.

Airlines used are at the discretion of the tour provider.

Please note, preferred airline seating is the responsibility of the passenger. You will need to contact the airline to book and pay for any specific airline seat reservations.

You will receive your booking number with your tour confirmation and then you can contact the airline. If you do not wish to pre-book reserved seats, the airline will seat you accordingly at time of check in.

Flights Upgrades: Quotations for upgradeable airfares to premium economy, business class or your preferred airlines are only valid for 72 hours after you receive the quoted airfare.

Change of Date: The change of date fee is AU$150 per person plus any applicable additional airfare and taxes. After airline tickets have been issued the package can only be changed by paying an AU$350 per person airline change fee plus any applicable airfares and taxes.
