Hosted by a passionate cheese maker, this tour focuses on the role a regions’ botanicals, water, and climate has on the flavour of the produce. Starting with a winemaking talk and tastings at the Hartzview Wines, followed by a cheese platter and a hands-on cheese-making class. Then, head through Cygnet for a quick stop at Pagen Cider for your second tasting, before continuing to the renowned Home Hill winery for a one-course lunch with accompanying wine at their award-winning restaurant (additional charges for lunch apply). Round out your day by delving into the world of honey production at a local apiary, tasting pure Huon Valley honey and gaining insights into beekeeping from a passionate expert. With an endless array of fresh produce and gourmet sips along your culinary journey, this delicious tour is not one to miss.

Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before departure date: 50% cancellation fee applies
Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made
