Availability
- Available hours: Monday - Friday: 7:00am-4:00pm
- Saturdays available by appointment only. Saturday bookings incur a weekend surcharge of $60, payable direct to Elite Pest Control
- Termite Report takes approximately 45-60 minutes. Interior OR exterior treatment takes approximately 45 minutes. Interior AND exterior treatment takes approximately 60-90 minutes
- Available for residential properties in the Perth metro area, from Yanchep to Mandurah
Conditions of the Deal
- Valid for a residential property only (does not include family day care centres) – single storey up to 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and based on a 200m2 size home. Multi-storey homes to be disclosed at time of booking as a surcharge of $80 will be applicable, and can be paid by credit card diretly to vendor
- No warranty is included, if you require a re spray then a $95 + GST call out fee is applicable
- Treatment covers the internal and external perimeter of the dwelling. Treatment does not include sheds or garages. They can be paid for at the time of booking by credit card for $20 per item. Sub floors are not included in the treatment
- General pest treatment is effective against spiders, crickets, moths, millipedes, silverfish, wasps, mice and garden cockroaches. Not valid for the pest control of ants, German cockroaches, bed bugs, fleas, bees, flies or termites
- Roof Void treatment included (depending on treatment purchased) is rodent baiting. Roof Void Dusting treatment is not included. This treatment is an additional $50 and can be paid by credit card at the time of booking
- Parking must be provided for the technician
- Offer includes 10% off a complete termite treatment (regardless of house size) if required

Entire voucher must be used in one visit; unused portions of the voucher will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date.
