Conditions of the Deal
- Valid for new customers only
- A standard room is defined as 12m2 (4m x 3m). Maximum area covered for five rooms is 60m2
- Stairs not included: $35 surcharge applies for stairs, payable on the day. Hallways are not included; please contact Maxigard directly for a quote. Not valid for mats or rugs
- Excessive staining may incur an additional surcharge. Please vacuum prior to Maxigard's arrival or an additional surcharge may apply. Additional surcharge for those dwellings either residential/commercial with more than two levels and/or restricted access at entry. All surcharges payable directly to Maxigard Carpet Cleaning
- Moving of furniture is not included within Maxigard's service for this offer, furniture must be moved prior to booking
