Conditions of the Deal
Valid for new customers only. Not available to any ex-member, guest or visitor who has accessed/worked out in Healthy Life Fitness Centre in the last 12 months (one year). Available to residents only; not available to interstate, international visitors. i.e. Must be a Perth resident. Under 18s require a parent or guardian signed permission waver. All under-18-year-olds must have a personal trainer assessment, PAR-Q and induction/program individually at $35 for the induction session. Or if there are two children linked on the voucher, a shared U-18 y/o induction session at $25 per U-18 year old ($50 for two together). Customers must be medically and physically fit to participate. If you have any health concerns, please check with your doctor before participating. You must bring a wipe down towel every visit. One-month membership must be used consecutively and commences from your first session. Memberships must be activated within 30 days of purchase date. Limit of one voucher may be purchased for personal use; one voucher may be purchased as a gift. Maximum of one voucher redeemable per person.
