How does the $5 credit work?
If you sign up to receive Zoupon's daily emails using this promotion, you will receive 5 Zoupon Dollars. To receive the 5 Zoupon Dollars you need to ensure you enter your details in the specific box on the relevant landing page.

Please note, by entering your email address in the relevant box, you are agreeing to receive daily promotions from Zoupon (for more information, please check our Terms & Conditions page). To be able to purchase a Zoupon deal and use your 5 Zoupon Dollars, you need to 'register' for Zoupon. This can be done by selecting 'Sign Up' on the Zoupon home page, or by buying a Zoupon deal.

Zoupon iPad Competition – Rules and legal stuff

1. The Promoter of this competition is Zoupon.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents who are over the age of 18 years as at 1 January 2011.
3. To be eligible to win the iPad, you must sign up to receive the Zoupon Daily Mail via the specific iPad landing page between 1 January and 31 December 2011 and agree to all these Terms and Conditions.
4. There is a limit of one entry per person for this competition.
5. Any entries are incomplete or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid.
6. To win the iPad, entrants must be eligible to receive the Zoupon daily deal on 31 December 2011 and must have bought at least one (1) Zoupon deal.
7. Family members and employees of Zoupon or its related entities are ineligible to enter.
8. The winner of the iPad will be announced on Thursday 5th January 2012 and will be contacted by email.
9. Prizes will be dispatched to winners as soon as possible, but no earlier than 10th January 2012.
10. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
11. There is one (1) iPad which can be awarded with this competition. The iPad will be drawn at Zoupon corporate offices, located at level 1, 259 Coventry Street, South Melbourne (or any subsequent address).
12. The winning entry will receive an Apple iPad 16gb with WiFi.
13. Zoupon has absolute discretion and reserves all rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that it deems is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
14. The winner of the Zoupon iPad competition consents that Zoupon may use their name and image for the purpose of publicity and promotion and acknowledges that Zoupon will own the copyright of any such images.
15. In the event that Zoupon is unable to supply the specified iPad for any reason, Zoupon reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of a similar monetary value.
16. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late entries or any other entries which are not properly received.
17. Zoupon will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered as a result of entry into this competition or as a result of using the prize.
18. Any tax implications resulting from winning the iPad prize will remain the responsibility of the prize-winner and not Zoupon.
19. Zoupon will bear no liability or responsibility for any issues or faults of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
20. Zoupon's decision in relation to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. All entrants agree to accept all these terms and conditions.
