Please note it is recommended that you arrive one hour prior to departure time for registration. Please allow for extra travel time to the boat as there may be congestion due to the festival

Q: How long is the cruise event?
A: 2 hours in length including embarking and disembarking
Q: Is the food included in voucher/ticket price?
A: Cocktail finger food is provided throughout the cruise
Q: Do I need to bring my voucher to the cruise?
A: Yes you need to print and give to the registration desk prior to boarding
Q: Are children welcome on the cruise?
A: Yes providing they are supervised at all times by an adult
Q: Are children free of charge?
A: We are required by law to register all passengers which means, tickets must be purchased for each passenger including children of all ages
Q: Are Children or Pensioners able to get discounted tickets?
A: As tickets are already heavily discounted via daily deal sites, discounted tickets are not available for children or pensioners other than the online daily deal sites
Q: Are drinks available on the cruise?
A: A complimentary drink will be offered on arrival, drinks will then be served from the bar throughout the remainder of the cruise
Q: Can I transfer my booking from one cruise to another?
A: Tickets are non-transferable
Q: Can vouchers/tickets be used for other events held by AFLOAT CRUISES?
A: Vouchers must be used for the specific event and within the validity period
Q: What time do we need to register for the event?
A: Registration for the event will be 30 minutes prior to boarding time
A: Can you get a refund if you don’t show up to the event?
Q: No refunds will be provided for NO-SHOWS
Q: Are there seats provided or is it just standing room only?
A: There are seats provided as well as areas which you can stand to best view the event
Q: Can I book on without my voucher?
A: Your voucher is specific to your cruise date and time, it is booked automatically once purchased through the deal company
