Course Two: Continue with hand made agnolotti stuffed with spinach and ricotta cooked with a rich butter and sage sauce
Course Three: Prepare tender grilled lamb fillets served with a kipfler potato and a rocket leaves salad
Course Four: Master pan-fried veal saltimbocca served with delicate pomme douchesse and lemon scented broccoli
Course Five: Learn to impress the sweet tooths in your life with vanilla panna cotta served with mixed berry coulis
