• Members can purchase and use up to two vouchers for themselves and purchase ten as gifts for different recipients
• Maximum of one voucher per booking
• Advanced bookings are absolutely essential. You must make your booking at least 14 days in advance via phone 1300 398 328, online www.excellentcleaning.com.au or email excellentcleaning.au@hotmail.com. When booking, please state that you are using a DEALS.com.au voucher and please provide your 16 digit voucher number
• Not valid in conjunction with any other offer and not redeemable for cash
• Cancellation policy applies; late cancellations voids voucher
• Valid for residential premises only within a 35km radius of the Melbourne CBD. If you are unsure if your area is covered, please contact Excellent Steam and Dry Cleaning Services BEFORE purchasing the deal. Vouchers purchased by those outside of this radius will incur a surcharge
• If paid parking is required, parking fee must be provided by the customer
• Based on three standard rooms and a hallway (up to a total of 12 square metres per room and 6 square metres for the hallway) larger rooms, additional rooms, move-out cleans or removal of animal mess with incur a surcharge/additional fee. Please check with Excellent Steam and Dry Cleaning Services for details BEFORE purchasing the deal
• Any area over 12 square metres will incur a $2.50 surcharge per square metre
• Services can be performed up to level one in your building. A surcharge of $10 will apply per level where no lift/elevator is available and a $5 surcharge will apply per level where a lift/elevator is available
• Please ensure that access is given to allow equipment to access rooms being cleaned. For better results, ensure that items and furniture are removed and carpet has been vacuumed
• Valid for a maximum of five car seats for car steam cleaning. Steam clean of car floor fabric will incur an extra $20 surcharge
• You can choose to have a couch steam cleaned (up to three and a half cushions). For larger couches, please contact Excellent Steam and Dry Cleaning for extra charges
• Additional stain removal products/services can also be provided for a small surcharge on the day. Please contact Excellent Steam and Dry Cleaning for a quote if required. No guarantees are given that all stains will be able to be removed, however Excellent Steam and Dry Cleaning Services will do its best to ensure you receive a high level of service
• $20 voucher may be used towards next full price carpet cleaning service or upholstery cleaning service
• $50 voucher valid to use towards an air duct clean on the same day as your steam clean
