Course One: Traditional Vegetable Samosa delicate home-made Pastry filled with Potatoes, Peas, Spices and fresh Herbs
Course Two: Calamari Croustillant, Squid marinated with Black Peppers, Mustard Seeds and roasted Cumin, cooked to perfection
Course Three: Poulet aux cinq Spices, an authentic Mauritian dish of Chicken marinated with Five Spices and cooked in the Tandoor
Course Four: Fish a la Facon Du Chef, a traditional Mauritian dish of Fish cooked in a Curry Sauce with Exotic Spices
Course Five: Butter Chicken, boneless Chicken half cooked in tandoor and finished with a Creamy Tomato based Sauce, Cream and Butter, with a touch of Fenugreek for a delicate palate
Course Six: Mauritian Beef, Beef marinated overnight- pan-fried with Onions, Garlic, Shallots, Thyme and finished with a Tomato Base sauce – served mild, medium or hot
Course Seven: Gulab Jamun, Dumplings of Creamed Cheese, deep fried and soaked in Sugar Syrup
